Client: Altreforme - Cooperative Society
Period: June 2024 - December 2024
Services: Focus Group Coordination and Event Organisation
As part of the validation and promotion process for its mixed-reality game prototype Lithobit, Altreforme aimed to test the game’s educational potential and engage the museum community. Creaa supported this initiative with two key actions: managing targeted focus group testing and coordinating the final presentation event.
The testing phase was delivered over several sessions in partnership with the Museo Friulano di Storia Naturale (Udine), and involved both adults and secondary school students. Creaa oversaw the entire process — from designing the evaluation questionnaire to recruiting the right participants. Insights gathered during the focus groups were analysed and refined to generate tangible suggestions for improving the product, ensuring that the gameplay experience was both educational and engaging.
To conclude the project, Creaa supported Altreforme in delivering the final event “Caffè con Lithobit”, held at the Museo Friulano di Storia Naturale. This event provided a platform to share the project with a wider audience and spark dialogue with the local cultural community and key stakeholders. The outcomes of the work contributed to enhancing the user experience and developing effective strategies for audience engagement, reinforcing Lithobit’s educational and outreach value.
