Creaa worked alongside Confartigianato Udine-Imprese to design and deliver an idea-generation workshop using the World Café format. The aim was to gather strategic input from a curated group of participants as part of the Digital Craft project, which explores the challenges and opportunities of digital transformation in the artisan sector.

The event took place at the historic Caffè Contarena in Udine — an informal setting chosen to foster open dialogue — and brought together representatives from business, education and research sectors, creating the ideal conditions for a lively exchange of ideas. Creaa managed all phases of the project: from designing the format and identifying key discussion topics, to preparing the necessary materials.

A key part of our work involved training the table moderators to ensure high-quality discussions and a smooth facilitation of the roundtable process.

During the event, participants explored a range of relevant issues through a rotating table system, which encouraged cross-pollination of ideas across groups. Creaa oversaw the operational side of the day, from welcoming guests to moderating the discussions.

The event concluded with a detailed mapping of sectoral needs and future outlooks for the artisan community, providing Confartigianato Udine with valuable insights. A closing informal networking moment allowed participants to continue the conversation in a relaxed and engaging atmosphere.
